The Norfolk Frost Summer Camp includes 4 hours of ice time and 40 minutes of off-ice​ strengthening and conditioning

Session Dates:

Session 1: July 10th – July 14th, 2023
Session 2: August 7th – August 11th, 2023

Cost:

Both Sessions: $950
Single Session: $500
Single Day: $110

Enjoy 5 days of activities at the coolest place in town. Have fun both on and off the ice while skating with professional coaches, and learning strength and conditioning, as well as new stretching techniques and exercises.
